Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition is an American dance reality competition series on Lifetime. The series encompasses twelve talented boy and girl dancers who are competing for the top spot and a scholarship to a prestigious dance academy.[1] The show is hosted by Kevin Manno, and judged by Abby Lee Miller, Richy Jackson, and Robin Antin. Season 2 premiered on September 3, 2013, with Rachelle Rak replacing Robin Antin in the judging panel.[2]

Sabotage is the fifth episode of the first season of Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition. It aired on November 6, 2012.

Synopsis

After winning the right to pick all the dance assignments for the week, one mother takes this week's skill, survival, to heart. Her strategy to sabotage the other dancers by putting them in their weakest areas creates discord amongst the mothers who feel betrayed by her actions. Meanwhile, one dancer struggles with her technique while ignoring her mother's corrections, which threatens to turn their dance into a real disaster. And, one pair must overcome their physical differences in order to become the perfect dancing machines.

Other Information

  • Hadley won the group challenge and was able to choose the assignments for the week. Hadley was originally going to be in the trio and Asia had the solo but instead Hadley put Asia in a duet with Brianna and she took the solo, which means Lexine was probably paired with Brianna before being moved to the trio.
  • Even though Hadley won the group challenge, she placed in the bottom two. This is the second time where the group challenge winner was in the bottom two, the first being Jordyn in Unleash The Monsters.
